REFUND POLICY
Refunds and cancellations: We do not provide refunds or cancellation for any reason including delays in shipping due to the nature of our products unless it was an error on our part.
INCORRECT/MISSING ITEM- If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 3 to 5 days of delivery to samorawellness@gmail.com for replacements. A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice must be sent to the email provided if the photo or invoice cannot be provided, we cannot send out the replacement item. When emailing please put “INCORRECT ITEM” in the subject box. We are unable to replace any missing or incorrect item after the 7th day of delivery.
BROKEN ITEM- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the broken item as we will need to document this issue. You can file a claim with the United States Postal Office online at HTTP://WWW.USPS.COM/HELP/CLAIMS.HTM. In order to file a claim you must take 3 photos of the item: front, back, and side of the broken item. The picture must be clear and large enough if not the post office can deny the claim. It can take up to two weeks or more for the post office to finalize any claims. Unfortunately if they do not accept responsibility this issue is between you and the carrier.
*Once the post office reimburse you for your item you can reorder it and we will expedite it if you send us an email with proof of claim approval and original invoice. Send email with the subject line “Reordered broken item”.
