SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Shipping- Our normal processing to ship time is two weeks as all items currently are made to order.
Normal processing time is 3 to 5 days and the shipping ranges from 2 to 5 days depending on the shipping option you choose.
Return package- If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you to collect the correct shipping address and re-bill you for the shipping fees. This will cover the cost to re-ship the package unless it was packaging error on our part
*If you are concerned about your order getting stolen or lost please pay for insurance or signature confirmation.
We Understand it is frustrating when packages are lost, stolen, or missing but indicated delivered by the United States Postal Service. Please send us an email that your item was lost or stolen as we will need to document this issue. If the package has been shipped out correctly by Samoras Wellness, and it gets lost or stolen we as the shippers are not responsible. You need to file a claim with the United States Postal Office online at HTTP://WWW.USPS.COM/HELP/CLAIMS.HTM. The claim could take up to two weeks.
Once you have placed your order you won’t receive any notifications until a label has been created. It takes 1 to 3 days for labels to be created. Normal processing time is 3 to 5 days or so. The shipping range is 2 to 5 days depending on the shipping option you choose.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing packages- If the package is shipped out correctly by Samoras Wellness and it gets lost or stolen we as the shippers are not responsible. You will need to file a claim with the United States Postal Office at HTTP://WWW.USPS.COM/HELP/CLAIMS.HTM the claims can take up to two weeks. Unfortunately if they do not accept responsibility this issue is between you and the carrier.
